Recorded In March to May 1989 about a year after the first batch of G.e. Songs were recorded in 1988 for that year’s “Global Warming” LP CD that included “The Magic Man” and “Precarious.” A Very Youthful Sounding Clark Hagins performs the Lead Vocals here as he is also the Drummer as Bassist Rick Carmody holds down the bass; “Here today I stay – ,..waiting judgement day” Sings the 23 Year old Hagins as he narrates a Song that concerns a man falsely accused of a set up crime; “Once upon a time,..this criminal roamed the streets – but now society’s safe,…He’s locked up to his teeth” exclaim Haggins sarcastically in this three and a half minute psychedelic garage rock song gem !!
